2025 Forage Conference Photo Contest Submission

The Forage Conference Committee is collecting producer photos to be displayed around the conference room during the 2025 Forage Conference. We invite you to submit your best forage-related photos that capture the essence of grazing lands and livestock in Louisiana. Winners of the photo contest will be announced on social media and at the 2025 Forage Conference in Alexandria, LA. Photos will be judged based on the following criteria: inspiration toward regenerative agriculture, representation of LA grazing lands and forage production, and the technical composition of the photo.

Photo Requirements

• Photos must be in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format.

• Images should be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

• All photos must be original works by the submitting photographer.

• Deadline for submission: Midnight, October 31, 2025.

Eligibility

• Photographer must be 18 years or older.

• Photos must be taken in Louisiana.

• Submission grants LGLCI & LFGC the right to use images for the 2025 Forage Conference and related promotional materials for that event and future events.

Permission Agreement

I understand and agree that by submitting my photograph(s), I grant Louisiana Grazing Lands Conservation Initiative (LGLCI) and Louisiana Forage and Grasslands Council (LFGC) the right to copy, adapt, and distribute my photos in connection with the 2025 Forage Conference and future events, and any promotional materials, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media platforms. I confirm that I am the original photographer of the submitted images and that no third-party rights are violated. If there are any people featured in my photo submission, I confirm that I obtained the necessary consent from them to use their likeness in my photo.
